Love the adjustable bed frame. Using the remote, I set the bed to zero gravity and get the best night's sleep. It was easy to set up and use right out of the box.

The adjustable base was easy to unpack. You only need to screw on the legs, which offer adjustable heights. It has a quiet and smooth motor. It’s lighter than our other base making it easier to move.

We bought this for our lake house as we didn’t want to invest in another Sleep Number bed. It was very easy to assemble and positions us the same as our expensive bed. Works great!!!

I purchased the adjustable base in a queen. I was able to get it out of the box and set it up without any assistance, but trust me, it would be a lot easier with assistance just because it's big, bulky, and moves when you don't want it to. It was simple to plug in and screw the legs on. I like that the leg height is adjustable and it's quiet while in motion. The only reason I did not give the review 5 stars is because I struggled for quite a while to get the bar in that keeps the mattress from sliding. The right side went in easy. The left side I struggled with. I ended up sticking a screwdriver in the hole to stretch it out a little and then I was able to get it in. Turns out I didn't need the bar as my mattress is not sliding. I will add, when I first put it together it was with my mattress alone. The remote is great, and I sleep much better. However, I use a 3 inch memory foam mattress topper and when the topper is on and I raise the foot of the bed, I don't get as much curvature as I did without the 3" topper. Overall, I highly recommend this base.

I decided to wait to do my review until I had used this for a while. It has not let me down. I made this purchase back in August, and we have been using over 3 months. It was amazing right from the start and still is today. Its easy to put together, but very heavy so be prepared to have help. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. I cant say enough good things about this adjustable bed. Its good for all kinds of health conditions and even helps with snoring. It has preset positions on the remote, or you can adjust foot or head however you choose. Its quiet and smooth and doesn't wake my husband if I need to adjust it during the night. It has adjustable bed height by unscrewing sections of the base legs. The card inside said it can sit flat and be used on a platform bed. Otherwise it sits right down in your existing bed. It will work with most any mattress but we picked the LulaaBED 12" Soft & Firm Flippable Memory Foam Mattress Item # 990000549, also bought here from Sam's Club. It's a fantastic mattress especially for the price, with no fiberglass inside it to make you sick (which I found is hard to find they all seem to have ti now). THIS BED! has really made my life so much better. We got the king split and my husband loves it too. I am short and he is tall and it works for us both. It had a broken leg when it came in where the shipper damaged the box. There was damage to one of the sections you unscrew off one of the legs. Inside the box there was a card with a number to call if you had issues and I had a new part within 2 days. No hassle, no questions, no long wait times, it was just so easy. I have tried but I cant find a single thing wrong with this bed or anything to complain about. It's as good of quality as some of the really expensive ones. I highly recommend this purchase to anyone looking. I would like to through in here that FedEx, who delivered this, delivered in a bad storm and propped it up against my house right where the gutters run over, and when I saw him doing this I went out, asked him to move it 2 feet to the porch and he wouldn't. It had to sit there until friends came to bring it inside. In the end I was able to shove it on the ground and stop the water from drowning our bed. A complaint call to FedEx got me laughed at and hung up on. Its not their bed so I guess it didn't matter. Sam's shouldn't use them to ship purchases like this anymore. Its a miracle it wasn't busted all to pieces seeing the box damage and all. If you are thinking about this purchase, like I was, do it! The customer service is fantastic and so is their return policy. No other company will allow you to return these. Plus members get free shipping too, all things to consider. We looked forever before we decided. You wont return it, but its nice to know you can if for some reason you decide to do so.

This bed frame was so easy to set up and so far I absolutely love it. Maybe it's a coincidence, but after sleeping in the zero gravity position for just 3 nights, I don't have any back pain for the first time in almost a year! And the price can't be beat!

great value compared to competitors, nearly half price of others. We did have an issue of the foot of the bed we stuck in the raised position on one side (split cal king). Since this is a Members Mark brand it has 100% satisfaction guaranty, so you can return it any time in the future if there are issues. Sam's did offer to ship a replacement and pickup the ours that was stuck. Instead of hassling with the return, I contacted the manufacturer and the shipped out all new parts (power supply, CPU controller box, and the motor and actuator). The replacement is simple only 2 screws to remove the CPU, everything else has clips/connectors, no tools required. The adjustable bed frame itself is a newer model than listed in the description, they are shipping the newer MMKD3 model, which is now zero-clearance and has new controller and redesigned frame. We are sleeping better now, don't like sleeping on a flat bed anymore.

I am really shocked at all of the great reviews. We purchased a king size...my biggest (only) complaint with it is that it is essentially just fabric and a plastic sheet wrapped around a few metal supports, with about 2 feet between metal supports, which hold up the mattress. When you're laying down, the mattress sags below the supports and you can really feel all of the parts of this bed underneath. Now I know why other brands are more expensive - they're essentially like a box spring cut in 3 pieces to allow support for the mattress, not just fabric stretched over a few metal beams. Setup was easy. Shipping was terrible - box arrived mangled however the product was NOT damaged, but it was left blocking the main entrance to our apartment building, and we did have to carry up to the 3rd floor. I think FedEx isn't suitable as a shipper for this, but not Sam's fault. I think we will be returning this and, unfortunately, opting for a more expensive one.

Bottom line, ordered two and will be returning both. First off, FedEx ground is not a good choice for shipping. Both arrived with multiple holes in the cardboard and the products damaged. The first one has a terrible mildew smell that a bucket of Lysol won't take out. I was quite excited to find a base with this many features at the great Sam's price. But unfortunately, the two I received are just not up to Quality standards. I contacted Sam's customer and their only solution was to order a third. Due to the size, these won't be the easiest things one can return to the store. If anyone with Sam's wants to reach out I'd be happy to discuss further.

bought a king and a queen version. Queen version screen broke while tightening the leg, unable to drill it out so forced to use a 2x4 fix. Poorly designed leg supports and got zero help from Samsclub customer service to address other concerns. Did not receive the mattress stay inside the box so the mattress tends to slide down a little when raising the bed.
