Terrible packing job

Unfortunately the person I sent this to as a gift received it with all the pretzels and chocolates broken in pieces. This is the 2nd Christmas gift order I made that was unsatisfactory. I will definitely not be ordering from sams website anymore.

Bad product

I received a crushed tin can with the lid not fitting. The pretzels inside were crushed and there was not the same chocolate as pictured. I got a refund but would not recommend. The shipping box was perfect making me believe the product was smashed before packing.

Don't waste your money

Bought three of these and one was damaged which they kindly replaced however I open the damaged one and it's the worst chocolates I tasted. Not worth the money at all and I've been trying for days to get them returned.
