This is the best sausage! It is spicy. I use it in all my recipes using smoked sausage. The sad thing is it went away at my local Sam's club during COVID and has not returned. I was in another Sam's club in a different town and found it there. I am hoping my local club gets it back.

This sausage is PERFECT for a low country boil. Added it to ours and the cajun seasoning of the sausage blended perfectly with the cajun spices in the boil. Everyone was talking about how good the sausage was because it truly is THAT GOOD.

Yes

Off the grid these can't be beat. Seasoned perfectly and the texture is on point.

This sausage has a very mild flavor. It was quite tasty.

My family and I love this sausage. It tastes great. Can't wait to have it again

Great tasting sausages with just a little kick. (hotness)

Great flavor, these are my go to now, I usually buy my sausages in Louisiana when visiting family, but now I can get them here in Pensacola, FL.

These are decent but PLEASE BRING BACK THE POLK ORIGINAL SMOKED SAUSAGE!!!

Buy about 3 pkg of Polks Cajun per shopping trip. Lately all that I've bought have been sweet rather than Cajun. Flavor is terrible. Used this in gumbo, red beans, grilled, po boys. It was the best value out theah. Not true anymore. Avoid!!!
