This sausage has a very mild flavor. It was quite tasty.

Off the grid these can't be beat. Seasoned perfectly and the texture is on point.

This sausage is PERFECT for a low country boil. Added it to ours and the cajun seasoning of the sausage blended perfectly with the cajun spices in the boil. Everyone was talking about how good the sausage was because it truly is THAT GOOD.

This is the best sausage! It is spicy. I use it in all my recipes using smoked sausage. The sad thing is it went away at my local Sam's club during COVID and has not returned. I was in another Sam's club in a different town and found it there. I am hoping my local club gets it back.

Buy about 3 pkg of Polks Cajun per shopping trip. Lately all that I've bought have been sweet rather than Cajun. Flavor is terrible. Used this in gumbo, red beans, grilled, po boys. It was the best value out theah. Not true anymore. Avoid!!!
