[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't used them yet. But nice to have for emergencies. They smell clean! Seem breathable. I would prefer to have these while camping or on trips. They fit well but not too sure how absorbent they are.

These are great compared to ask other pull ups on the market. Wish they were a bit bigger though. I got the L/XL and they are a bit too snug around my butt. I have a hard time keeping them up all the way on my backside. As the day goes on they fit better though. Also the waistband rolls down on me but that is because of my being overweight.

Ive used several different types and Real Fit are the highest quality. Great absorbency with no leakage. Comfortable and no one knows I wear them. Depends Maximum fit are very good to. Not as absorbent but work at bedtime or when being less active. Great products.

These look and fit like men's underwear the most. I've tried several brands. Uni-sex briefs are ruffled at the leg and allow leaks. These fit men better, can absorb big accidents and no leaks! but they are hard to find in small/med size. so I just order them now.

My husband has tried everything for incontinence for 18 mos. These fit well, are comfortable and give him the freedom to be active. It's all he'll use (although I wish he'd get better and not need them). Buying in bulk helps to keep the price down. If you haven't tried them, you should!

My husband has been using this product for some time. Good to see dark blue is now available in the boxed pkgs. He liked light blue also. The picture shows the box has more than one color. However, when the order comes in bags, it is ALL grey. Would like more variety.

I am familiar with the Real Fit product as I have been ordering them for a few years through another Online retailer. But recently there was a shortage and inflated price of this product (large-xlarge size) at my usual go to site. I decided to try Walmart online for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of the ordering process even for a newbie, free and fast delivery, and reasonable price for the product. Going forward, I would certainly consider future purchases at Walmart.com.

Following prostate surgery I was worried the pads I used prior to surgery would not be enough. I tried using the pads immediately after surgery and I needed more protection. I bought the briefs in conjunction with the pads and they worked great. I was worry free of any "accident".
