The product info claims the Real-Fit can hold up to four cups of liquid. Maybe if it is carefully poured over the pad part. I find that to be false for someone who is incontinent the majority of a 12 hour period. I will continue to buy this product because it is the best found so far.

I was somewhat disappointed with this purchase. The briefs were obviously old stock from the packaging. The boxes had all been beat up and one had obviously been opened with one brief stuffed in the box that was not in place nor folded like the other briefs. I think it's pretty cheesy that Walmart sells old store stock that has been pulled from store shelves as front line merchandise with no statement of that fact when you buy the stuff online. It is a little cheaper but if the customer was presented this kind of stuff in the store at the price charged by Walmart online, they would not buy the product.

They are well-fitting, but if you are at the upper edge of medium they can be snug. They don't leak, and will hold some volume, but if you have to urinate only, it is not easy for my husband, an Alzheimer sufferer, to easily negotiate the job standing up without drizzling on his clothes. Honestly, even reminded to sit down when he urinates doesn't mean he'll remember to do that. Otherwise these are the Cadillac of "paper pants", as we call them.

Delivery was delayed. It seems to me Walmart could have informed me sooner. Product was what I ordered and delivered in a Walmart box... This was the way it should be delivered. ( I've had the naked Depends box delivered (Not by Walmart) and was glad I was home when it was delivered. I have been using DFM for several years and have no regrets. I recommend shopping around for the availability of size, product (Flex fit, Real fit, Guards, Etc.) and of course prices. BTW When on long vacations, I vacuum seal the DFM in my Food Saver. Packs beautifully and takes up less space in suit case. See photo.

I ordered these for a friend that had life altering surgery. He say's they are very comfortable and for a man that does not want to lose his freedom and comfort. According to him, they look and feel like real underwear. I agree and they are not noticeable !! The price you have for them ..... unbeatable worth every penny during his recovery.

Just had prostate surgery. None of these products addresses a major problem for men folk like me. If you sleep on your back the pads dont capture leakage at all. A leak runs down your legs and side and the seals are not able to hold the leak. There should be an internal pocket to hold the p;:(?) in place. I couldnt write the word of course, but it begins with the letter p. I developed my own solution.

For my 97 year old dad who has 24/7 care at home with caregiver and we also need gloves which are still on back order for weeks now ! Depends Briefs are the best for him and we ordered these new ones for him because of this coronavirus pandemic the supplies are running low everywhere but I always order them from Walmart as well as gloves for his caregivers ...

I ordered S/M as per picture on box which is what I expected to receive. However they did not come in boxes but packed commercialy wrapped in paper 2 packages I accepted that except that the briefs which ar marked S/M are correct in waist size but wider than those coming from a box. I have measured them both from a box and what Walmart sent. These are too wide and useless. How to return to Walmart for credit. Needless to say I am dissapointed that Walmart would not fill order as shown Pl respond Thank you

This product is expensive and well worth the price since it is comfortable and does its job containing accidents. I've tried the cheaper briefs, but they don't fit as well so I am reluctant to wear them regularly. And, your price is the best I've found.

Product quality is comparable to those purchased in the retail store. Unlike the retail store product, these depends ordered online are all grey in color. What I particularly like is that I can order a large quantity. What I don't like is that I can not get the large quantity in the retail store. Ordering online requires delivery wait time.
