They lasted most of the day with no problems. I still don't like the fact I have to wear them but seeing as I have to they get top marks. No pun intended lol

The fit is great. I first tried fit flex but like real fit better. Usually cant even tell i am wearing them. I use these to keep me safe if i cant get to a restroom in time. I wear all day long and always take an extra pair just in case. It only makes sense they are not designed to be used to empty your bladder all day long without going to a restroom. I do agree they do smell funny at times but most things smell funny if they are full of urine. All in all i am glad i found something to help me through my day. Great product!!

I didn't feel like I was wearing a disposable diaper which was my issue with this type of product in the past. I can wear these and still feel stylish and comfotable. I will definitely buy these if the store will only stock enough of my size so they don't keep running out. I may have to buy them on line. Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I applied for this testing opportunity for my husband, who is having a problem with incontinence due to cancer (hope this is okay!). After receiving the product, he immediately wanted to try them because he's never seen anything like them. They were a perfect fit (a bit too baggy in the lower butt area, though overall comfy), and did a pretty good job catching an accident he had while we went out to eat. I hate how embarassed he gets when he can't get to the bathroom on time, and he's only 42. The fact that these do not feel like the thick diapers he has to wear is a plus, and these make him feel "normal" because of their design. But after his accident, he liked how it absorbed very well, there was hardly an odor, and the sag wasn't as bad as usual. Pulled them off to shower, and there wasn't any "wetness" that seeped from the underwear, and no spotting or smell at all on his chinos. So these will be what I will get for him for now on since they worked better than I expected.

The padding is nice in both sides for those that need that. May be a little on the expensive side but worth it
