I purchased Real Fit briefs for my husband after a recent surgery to deal with bedwetting. They fit him great and they are very comfortable through the night. If he has to wear a diaper to sleep this is his only choice. The only problem with this product is very obvious. They are way too thin to be classified as maximum absorbency. It's clear (as stated by many other reviews as well) that Depend should improve on this product by bulking up the entire padding just a bit. It would a make a huge difference. Also, maybe offer boxes with only blue. The gray color is off-putting.

My Dad has used Depends for Men for more than two years and has been very satisfied with the product. We recently received boxes of the "New Improved Three Color" Depends. He has used one box and has voiced several concerns about the new briefs. The new briefs are thinner, not as absorbent, don't keep his tush warm (allows too much air flow) and as a eighty-six year old man, he is just not happy with them. I would love to find some of the original ones to keep him happier.

I have waist size 34 and I am using the L – XL version they are very comfortable and most importantly when I wear jeans, they cannot be detected by anyone. I love the fabric and the absorbency .
