[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the same issues with the nighttime medicine that I had with the daytime; it's extremely thick, doesn't taste great and doesn't really help. I actually tried the daytime and the thickness made me gag, so I had mom guilt for getting my kid to take it more than once. Another problem is this has valerian root, which is a natural sleep inducer. But you can't take it and melatonin at the same time. But it doesn't warn you about that on the packaging. I had to read the ingredient list and figure it out for myself.

Like, I don't know the last time I tasted a cough syrup so bad. It was hard to get my kids to drink this. I thought it would be ok with the honey in it but I was wrong. This one is slightly better then the daytime one.
