It does not have a “natural grape flavor” to it, and it has quite the aftertaste. I was not a fan of this cough syrup; I didn’t like the taste, and I didn’t like the consistency.

My kids hate taking medicine...but this cough syrup doesn't taste bad they will take it! It help quiet their cough better than any other cough syrup we have found. We love it! the nighttime formula really helps them to rest at night and that is so important when they are sick.

This is made with Manuka honey, cherry and slippery elm bark extract. The nighttime version also contains valerian root extract and lemon balm extract. I appreciate the clean and natural ingredients, but unfortunately, my children wouldn’t take more than a sip since they did not like the flavor.
