My son wakes up with one at least once a month or every other month (also depending on whether or not something is going around because he catches everything). I would recommend pairing this with the daytime syrup for maximum relief. I always have to have this on-hand. And the taste is really good. I've tried it so that I can accurately write this review and it doesn't taste medicinal at all. Definitely recommend.
