[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Beauty Rest Silver is very firm. You’d think it wouldn’t be comfortable being as firm as it is, but it actually is! My back hasn’t hurt anywhere as near as much as it used to. I actually fall asleep quickly and wake up less frequently as I used to. If you have back issues, this is the mattress to get! It’s also very thick and higher off the ground, so it’s easier to get out of. I have this on my adjustable bed and it works perfectly.

We had been needing a new bed for a long time, we just couldn't afford it. This mattress s PERFECT for both of us since we both have neck and back issues. My husband tosses and turns sometimes at night, which then wakes me,but having the firmness of the mattress, I didn't feel him move. I got a better night's sleep, although he's not too big on the extra firm. we both like the mattress and would recommend it to others. Very nice not cheaply made mattress good quality material. We would give it a 5 star rating.
