This is the best mattress I have found yet. I sleep like baby, I wake up pain free. It’s amazing, I am so happy with this mattress I tell all my family and friends about my new mattress. I just want to sleep on it all day and night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Beautyrest Sliver Medium Pillow Top is helping me sleep better at night. I am not tossing and turning as much with this mattress. Plus, when I do turn, or my husband turns we are not feeling each other move. The pillow top really forms to your body as you are laying down. While this is a pillow top don't let it fool you that you it super soft. This is a lot firmer than I was expecting. This does have a cooling aspect to it, but I personally didn't feel the coolness to much. But I do feel it is working because I am not waking up hot like have with my past pillow top. Please keep in mind when purchasing sheets and protectors for this. You will need ones that have deep pockets. Normal sheets will not cover the whole mattress.

I had to switch to a better quality mattress and extra firm becuase my old soft mattress was causing my back to hurt. No more tossing in my sleep. My new mattress is very comfortable. It does not feel hard, it is soft and I have comfortable movement in the bed. I wasn't sure how I would like extra firm but I am extremely pleased with my new mattress. I also think the quality of the brand is superior!

Beautyrest - Silver BRS900-C Medium Pillow Top is a mattress that is not too hard but not super soft where you feel like you are falling into the bed and cant get out. It fits a standard queen bed frame perfectly. You don't have to use a box spring. Although, I am using a box spring. Because I love the extra height. The website recommended using a very thin pad. Similar to a yoga mat to protect the mattress. I highly recommend this mattress for a good nightsvrest
