I was able to try the Downy Light Ocean Mist Laundry Scent Boosters for free. It was one pack but the scent was very nice. I did notice that it stayed in my machine longer than just with the one load. I don't think I would use it all the time but maybe once a month to help get rid of odors. The scent is nice but can be strong.

They did dissolve well in the washer. I did not feel any residue from them. I like the different scent options from this brand. I do plan on buying these again. I did not have an issue with them clogging our washer. My husband's work clothes finally smelled normal and not like oil after using this brand.

I usually fill the cap and throw it in as the water is filling. These are somewhat lighter than the regular Downy unstoppable’s, but still pack scent!

So far, these have been much less irritating and my clothes still smell fresh all day long. They don’t leave any sort of wavy or filmy substance, so I would definitely recommend giving these a try.
