Not very comfortable. The fit is odd; tight in places, loose in others. Tend to leak when there are significant sudden gushes. Currently looking for a replacement.

Does not protect during overnight incontinance. The material used for this underwear causes me to perspire. Not only is my underwear wet from my incontinance, including my nightwear, but I am also wet from sweating!
