I would recommend to anyone that's self conscious about people noticing their protective underwear. You may want to size up. I found the small size to be very, very small. The still fit but, were quite snug.

Form fitted enough to keep them in place, without bunching, but not tight enough To be uncomfortable. No leakage, even overnight. I love that they don’t look bulky under your clothes, and that they are silent.

These are much better than pads and more comfortable. Also due to pregnancy, there's a bit of bladder leakage occasionally after birth and these works wonders!

Great at locking in moisture and protecting the skin. I feel dry and comfortable and that boosts my confidence. It's much more convenient to wear underwear than a pad. I made a trip to Sam’s to purchase these, only to learn they are no longer stocked in-store they need to be purchased on line. Considering what these are used for, how many people know in advance when they will be required? Unless you need them all the time, who would spend over $40.00 to have them on hand, just in case??

Nice fit very discrete, not to bulky or seeing that you are wearing underwear. I would definitely buy - Member's Mark Total Protection Underwear again
