I also tend to feel like tampons make my cramps worse so if I am at home for the first couple of days of my period I will wear these then as well. Sometimes flow is so heavy that I can’t keep up with changing a tampon so these also come in handy for that!

I have worn them under leggings and no one noticed that they were not regular panties.They also do not bunch up and definitely help keep you drier. I had bladder surgery and wanted to try these while I was healing, they did the job and if I ever need them again I'll make sure these are on top of the list. The color was perfect, sizing was true to size and they had no smell to them. I didn't want to walk around smelling like powder. If the size wouldn't have been so bulky i would have given a 5 Star ⭐ rating.
