They are great for little accidents. I have had only 1 full urine accident on road trip and these underwear protected it fully with no leaks. So I gave him the Member's Mark Total Protection Incontinence Underwear and asked him to try those instead of the others he was using. He called me the next day and told me how comfortable the Members Mark brand was, and he said he had an accident while out and the product still maintained its comfortability until he got home to change. The Members' Mark brand fit more like regular underwear, which stop that bulky appearance when wearing clothing. My uncle seems to like these better than his previous brand. I do recommend this product based on its discreet appearance and its protective qualities. I will definitely be purchasing this Member's Mark Incontinence product again.
