The unisex incontinence underwear are sized XXL which the package states will fit a 64"-80" waist. These are quite large, and quite stretchy, so I have have no doubts about that sizing. The protective pad is substantial, covering the needs of both men and women. This would be an ideal choice if you are a caregiver for an infirm couple, on the large size. Using the same underwear both both would save a lot of storage space as packages of this type of product, can be quite large taking up lots of storage space. The elastic band can be torn easily for easier clean up.

We have not had any major leaks. Sometimes depending on how long they have been on there might be some seepage out of the top or sides but that is rare.

The leg holes have plenty of room and they dont ride up your backside. They are easily disposable and Member's Mark is a great brand that I rely on for quality and craftsmanship.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these for my wife because she was having some incontinent issues it's that time of life for her you know where the big M enters your life and she was having some encountenment issues for about week straight so I got these to see if she wanted to use them while sleeping cause that's when it was happening mostly and since I got them she has not needed them so I can't really give a great review or a bad review I can just give an in between that it was a good price but we don't know how they work because they have not been used

I can wear them through the night and have no issues with leakage. During the day they keep me dry too and no odor. No one knows that I am wearing them but me. I do not know what I would do without these. No other brand has worked as well as Members Mark brand.

They were a bit uncomfortable at first, as the back did not give a full coverage of my rear. To fix this, I simply wore my regular briefs over them. I felt more comfortable wearing them like this. I was weary that they would be visible under my pants, but they were not! And for the first time in quite awhile I did not worry about leaking!

One of the long-term effects is occasional incontinence. Therapy and medication keeps it mostly under control but these underwear make longer trips out in public less stressful for everyone. They are sufficiently absorbent and keep odor almost unnoticeable and are undetectable under most clothing - leggings and thin summer clothing being the exceptions.
