[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dad is 80 years old and a big man, they fit well and did the job of keeping him dry. They weren’t bulky and laid well under his clothing. These are a great buy!!

I am the caregiver for my male roommate who is 5’ 11” tall, weighs 350 lbs & has the typical overhanging tummy. This is the only male adult diaper that properly fit him.

This underwear is perfect for my elderly father. The are comfortable and are very absorbent. They fit and stay in place. I am so thankful for this option in the care of parent.

They work out ok. However if you lose weight you get inbetween of xxl and xl Waist size. Sometimes the xxl still work out and then sometimes they don't always want to stay up.

If it weren’t for your underwear, I would have twie as much work. Thank you for carrying the XXL size. They are hard to find. The pants are well made, sturdy and hold a lot of fluid. Thank you for a life saving pair of pants.

Bought for my 90 year old father. I would have given a five but my father had an allergic reaction and started getting a rash on legs. He’s used others with no reaction. They are well made no leaks. I ordered XXL and they were too big I’m sure XL would have fit.

It was perfect size after tried 4 other brands! Those I bought before Sam’s brand were 1 to 2 sizes too small and I ended up dropping them off at the St. Vincent. The Sam’s XXL size was exactly the correct size which what we needed. No problem nor any issues to mention! I’m sure will order again soon. Ym.

I bought these for my Mom. She could not believe how awful the shape was. They are oddly long.
