Works Great

Very disappointed in the quality and workmanship of this unit. The spray gun holder attached to the frame will not hold the spray gun in place securely. The quick connect nozzle holder will not hold the nozzles in place when you are running the unit, the simply fall out on the ground as soon as the engine starts to run. I called customer service and they said they were unaware of the problem and sent me out a replacement holder for the nozzles. Naturally the replacement piece was exactly the same as the one that came with the unit, problem not solved. I owned a cheaper power washer unit for 15 years and never had this problem. I would not buy or recommend this brand to anyone.

I wonder how many poor negative reviews are from people that don't understand how pumps work. I read lots of reviews about people burning up pumps in the first hours of use. PRIME YOUR PUMPS EVERY TIME!!! I would recommend this pump for anybody looking for a good machine. For those of you that have issues with burned up pumps, read you instruction books and stop trying to boil spaghetti without putting water in the pot.

I researched a number of power washers, and the Simpson received good reviews and seemed to be a good for my usage. i have a large area of concrete, a concrete in ground pool, and lots of trees. Lots of usage for a power washer. I have used a few times and it works very well, removing black grime easily from lawn furniture, concrete, and even the diving board. It starts very easily and moving around the property is very easy. The 25' hose is too short. Will be purchasing a 50' soon. It should come with a 50' in my opinion. Also, when I shut down the engine, it backfires every time.

I purchased this to replace the milk toast unit I had for years. No regrets.

Ordered this pressure washer when our old one died and it's a great machine! We love it.

Solid unit, works great. Starts up every time, super reliable honda engine and great AAA pump.
