I am very pleased with my Simpson 3300 pressure washer! This is a definite work horse and has exceeded my expectations in all categories. During the time off for Covid 19. I have cleaned my front and back pavers. My pool patio area and it has done a fabulous Job!!

Appears to be a well constructed piece of equipment of good quality. It has a Honda engine that I have great success with on other power equipment. It is very stylish and the color (basic black with silver accent) compliments my other equipment . I hope this helps those considering a power washer..

I bought this to pressure wash my house and driveway. Using only the green tip it works great. The best thing about all this power is time. My son in law has an 1800 psi electric pressure washer and if I would have used it on my project I'm guessing 12 hours. With the 4400 psi I did the entire project in 4 hours.

I bought this washer because it is similar to a unit I have with a Honda GX390 engine. The PS60843 has the same features and is more powerful. I saw negative reviews because of starting issues. Mine popped off first pull and first pull in subsequent uses. My older unit with the Honda engine requires me to pull wand trigger to relieve pressure prior to pulling the cord. I tried pulling cord with no pressure relief on the PS60843 and it popped right off. Don't know why some reviews said it was hard to start. It's a big engine you need some muscle. All in all very happy with unit and price.

I originally bought a less powerful model from another manufacturer. I wasn't pleased and set out to get a better power washer for my home. I checked many models, features, and cost. The Simpson PS4240 is the bomb -- by far the best product and cost. Has the power to do any job and the durability to last a long time.

I have had other pressure washers and this one puts them all down. When I received it, it was in perfect condition and needed very little assembly. I added gas and with one pull, it started right up and worked great. I have used it several times since then and have had no problems. I did order an extension hose as the 25' hose that came with it was a little short for what I do. I'm very happy with this machine.

Brace yourself before you pull the trigger, this baby will knock you on your butt. I am able to rinse 3 story gables from the ground with just the 30” extension. My 12’ extension wand and the soap nozzle applies the solution to that height. I added a 5000 psi gauge and, sure enough, I get 4400 psi with the Simpson motor using a 100’ hose. The pull cord location is a little awkward. The entire unit wants to turn as you pull. I put my foot on the wheel to hold it still but watch that you don’t damage the valve stem like I did. I wish it had an optional battery starter, I’m in good shape and I have to pull real hard for a one-pull start. When shutting it off, bring the wand back to the machine with you because you need to pull the trigger to release pressure if it doesn’t start on the first pull. The unit is well balanced and easy to roll up a ramp into my van. This unit paid for itself with one job. Of corse it was a big place...

When I decided to buy a power washer I looked at Consumer Reports and found the Simpson to be recommended. So I checked the larger retailer web sites to compare feedback and validate CR's recommendation. I purchased the PS3228 because it is a little more powerful than the more popular models and it has the commercial grade pump. Everything works better than expected. I had one small problem with the hose leaking, but I called customer service and they sent me a new hose. I have a long list of projects to use the power washer on. I'm currently stripping my 42' wood deck so I can repaint. Next is cleaning and resealing the drives and side walks. Then on to cleaning the white stains off the retaining walls. The more I use it the more I think of things I can do with it. I also plan on purchasing the sand blasting adapter so I can use the Simpson in stripping grime and paint off my truck project. Well worth the investment.

First time using this washer with surface cleaner on our concrete driveway, it was a breeze to use. I was able to clean several years of mold and dirt off our driveway. Washer started easy and is a solid built unit. Has plenty of power for our residential use.

I bought it a month ago and so far have used it on concrete driveway and pool deck. It works great, especially with the turbo nozzle (purchased separately.) The Honda engine starts easily and runs smoothly. My only complaint is with the awkwardness of storage for the high pressure hose and spray wand. I find it easier to just remove the high pressure hose for storage, but I think I can come up with a modification to solve the problem. I can't imagine the more expensive ones being much more effective.
