I have never used a power washer before but the quick start guide and step by step instructions made it easy to get this thing going. I have only used it a few times but so far it does everything I need it to do.

Assembly was very easy, and the design is tremendous. Very portable. The washer moves with little effort, and the Honda engine should last for years if maintained properly. Highly recommend this machine.

The handle is extreamly short. It requires operator to bend over while moving the washer. The handle is only 20in off the ground and would be a lot better at about 3ft

Unboxing and set up was fairly easy and no damage was discovered even though the box was not in the best of shape. All parts were included and it’s all set up and ready to go.

The pressure washer itself is great. The only thing that was missing when the box was opened was the washer for where the water hose connects. Luckily, I had a spare washer so I could use this without having to make a special trip to town.

Love it. Looks durable. Starts easily. Excellent price for 3200 PSI/ 2.8 GPM and highly rated pump. After learning how to adjust pressure with nozzle changes and distance from object being cleaned, we cleaned 50 year old patio, black with mildew, in good time without damaging it. Washed pool before re-plastering with ease. Made diving board which had previously looked trashed, look like new. Cleaned house siding quickly. Cleaned mildew from slate patio with 1/2 inch grout lines without damaging slate or washing out grout. We now plan to wash outdoor furniture, remove paint from wicker furniture and blast asphalt driveway to prepare for sealing.

After giving my son my old Craftsman pressure washer I wanted to get a heavy duty machine. This one fills that bill. It is a very well constructed unit and I selected this one with a Honda engine due to great performance and reliability with Honda engines in the past. I did have to drill holes to attach the handle to the base machine because the holes were not close to being aligned. But not a big deal and the instruction manual does not address the adjustment knob on top of the AAA pump so I have to figure that out. But the machine is robust and I expect years of service.

I received my first sprayer quickly in good condition from FedEx. I followed all the set up instructions and used it for about 1/2 hour cleaning the car. It had great power. Towards the end of using it, it seems to be vibrating more than at first. I put it away in the garage and later noticed all the oil had leaked out of the pump. The owners manual says the pump is filled at the factory and you never have to change or add oil. But on the pump it says to change the oil every 100 hours with 15W-40 oil. I called Sams and they took it back and shipped me another one. I used the new one today and the oil is OK and did not leak. I searched online and found that DeWalt labels this same sprayer with their name and in the DeWalt owners manual it says to change the oil the first 50 hours and then every 500 hours and use 30W oil. I have no idea why no one can agree, but I will change the oil the first 50 hours and every 100 after that and use 15W-40 as that is what is on the pump. The DeWalt manual also says you can tell if there is the correct amount of oil by looking at the clear round plate on the pump and the oil level should be at the dot in the center. The Simpson manual said nothing about the oil level as they said to never mess with the pump oil. So now I am happy with this 2nd unit and feel it is a very good value for the $499 price and free shipping. I gave it only 4 stars for quality as I am still a little leery of the pump.

This is my first pressure washer, first time i have ever used one. Instructions were easy to follow and had it up and running in no time. I cleaned a 30yd long asphalt driveway and a fair sized mold stained patio deck the first weekend with no problems. The delivery i thought was very quick. I was looking for something with a Honda engine and a triplex pump and this the best price i could find.
