Bought this to replace a belt drive that was about 15 years old, wasn’t expecting near the power that the belt drive had but this unit has surprised me. The old unit was 4000 psi 4 gpm and this one’s 4400 psi. 4gpm. I have a large patio and lots of driveway to wash and this machine pushes my 20” surface cleaner great! Very impressed

I have always purchased smaller pressure washers and over the years have gone through about three pressure washers. I finally decided to purchase a larger unit and researched online for months. This is hands down the best value out there. It arrived ahead of schedule. Assembly took less than five minutes including adding the oil. Put gas in the tank and it started on the first pull. Wow what difference from the smaller units. The commercial Honda engine was a huge selling point considering the engine alone is almost the same price as this entire unit. Value, value, value. You won't regret this purchase.

Great machine for use with a 20" surface cleaner. Starts easily and has plenty of power. Might have a 2nd qt of motor 10w-30 oil to fill the machine from what is included. 1qt barely fills the engine with 1.2 qt capacity. Also, oil drain opening in frame could have been lined up better for servicing.

Love it. Looks durable. Starts easily. Excellent price for 3200 PSI/ 2.8 GPM and highly rated pump. After learning how to adjust pressure with nozzle changes and distance from object being cleaned, we cleaned 50 year old patio, black with mildew, in good time without damaging it. Washed pool before re-plastering with ease. Made diving board which had previously looked trashed, look like new. Cleaned house siding quickly. Cleaned mildew from slate patio with 1/2 inch grout lines without damaging slate or washing out grout. We now plan to wash outdoor furniture, remove paint from wicker furniture and blast asphalt driveway to prepare for sealing.

I bought this Simpson PowerShot pressure washer about three weeks ago and have now used it several times and all that I can say is what a machine! The 3200 PSI w/2.8 GPM is stronger than I originally expected and is perfect for the type of clean up that I am using it for. The Honda GX200 commercial motor has not failed to start on the first pull yet, even when I first took it out of the box! The frame is compact enough not to take up a lot of space in the garage. This was/is the best machine for the money in my book and I have used many different brands through the years.

Best value available. Same machine from other sources measurably higher. Does the job and then some. Fast delivery. Only complaints are minor and easily remedied: As reported by others, the storage for the tips is ineffective. With the machine running, the tips vibrate out of their "sockets".Will fashion a retainer strap (velcro?) to hold them in place. Hose length is too short. Had to buy additional hose. Don't park it on an abrasive surface while operating. The rear feet abrade.

I am a homeowner with 9000 sq ft of concrete, rural property, with big driveway. In addition, I have a large garage, with 1100 sq ft of concrete and a boat garage with 1800 sq ft of concrete. I clean all a couple of times a year and this machine powers my BE 24" Whirl-A-Way easily, gets the job done fast.

I ordered thisSimpson pressure washer online from Sam's Club and received it last week on time and in perfect condition. I chose this washer based on extensive on line research regarding its reported quality and Sam's excellent price (well below others). Since then I have used it to clean up my concrete and brick patio, walks and driveway that have not been pressure cleaned in almost 20 years. So far it has been run for about 6 hours. It had plenty of power for even the tough 20 year old dirt and mildew and the concrete looks nearly new again. The Honda engine starts easily with one pull. It is not exceptionally loud but it is a gasoline engine and hearing protection is recommended. This unit includes 5 quick connect nozzles but does not include a rotating turbo nozzle like some other brands so I bought one separately. These nozzles are not cheap ($50) but they are fantastic at speeding up the cleaning. I highly recommend purchasing one of these if you will use it for concrete and brick cleaning. The quality and build seem to be excellent but only time will tell how well it will last so at this time I can only give it 4 stars for quality. From my research I expect it to hold up well. Overall I am very pleased with this unit.

I love this thing. Assembly was a cinch. I ran into one problem and that was caused by damage that had occurred during shipping. I called Simpson's customer support, whose number is printed right on the engine, at 730 at night and got a real person. They immediately shipped me the part I needed (pressure washer hose connector to the pump). Unfortunately, due to some confusion over the particular model of pump, it was wrong. I called back, again after 7 at night, and again got a real person who stayed on the phone with me for an hour while we figured out why I had a different pump than the model I have is supposed to. Once we figured out the right part, she shipped it right out. As soon as I got it the new part on I fired it up and have been running it regularly since. Overall the unit is well put together and appears to be sturdy enough for basic commercial use. It rolls nicely on the rubber wheels and is what I would call moderately heavy. It's not difficult to roll around but it's not easy. The low handle makes it convenient for stowing but makes you bend slightly and take short steps when moving it. It comes with a short (24") wand and 4 various spray angle heads and a soap head. It also includes a 25 foot Morflex hose. As with all pressure washer hoses I have experience with it is aggravating to deal with due to being less flexible than I would like it to be. I don't know if the experience would have been different with other engines but this Honda GX200 is a dream. It cranks easily and runs quiet. I bought the Simpson 15 inch surface washer which I recommend if you'll be cleaning driveways or decks. I also bought a 40 foot Simpson extension hose for a total of 65 feet.

This power washer was a great pay-off for all the research I did....solid performance, great components. The combination of the GX series Honda motor and the pro-qualtiy pump make this a purchase I will only have to make once. It sets up quickly, works well, is manuverable and compact. Great pride of ownership and a huge savings over other comperable washers.
