Purchased a few months ago And have been very happy with its performance. Easy starting, quiet operation and good combination of pressure and water volume to clean quickly.

Highly recommend this pressure washer - has a great Honda engine. After extensive research, found this was the one I wanted & Sam's Club had the best price.

Purchased this unit back in May and with summer one under my belt I'm very pleased with it. Used to clean my vinyl siding which had mildew/mold growing, only took one pass to clear everything. Unit fires right up and was easy to assemble.

Honda powered machine starts on first pull, I used to have a hard time starting my old Tecumseh powered machine. So this Is nice, has different nozzles for spray patterns. Works great

I have been very pleased thus far with this pressure. All the controls are conveniently located. Great tool tips included. Easy to start....runs good. Excellent product

I haven't actually used the unit yet. But when it arrived, the tire was flat. Inflated it and flat again the next morning. Called Simpsons Customer Serivce and was going to send me another tire/hub. Have not received it and anxious to see how it goes. Also owner's manual states that oil level in pressue pump should be mid way up the sight glass, but can barely see it. Simpsons recommended adding oil before use.

I had such high hopes for this machine. The Honda name remains unblemished, engine is powerful, easy to start, and reliable. Wish I could say the same for the AAA pump that Simpson mated on this rig. After about 10 uses, I was pressure washing my driveway and noticed rainbows on the wet concrete surface. That was when I saw that the pump was leaking oil out the seal past the plastic inspection window. I was able to finish the job, pouring in about a quart of oil over the next couple of hours. I visited Simpson's website to pursue parts (whether under warranty or not), filled out the web request, This was 3 weeks ago and i have yet to hear from them. I found a site that sells replacement parts for the Dewalt sister model, ordered them, only to find out they are on backorder. Don't know when I will ever get the parts (it was about a 6$ part kit, looks like they have had an engineering change.) Honda, will you sell your engines to just anybody for anything? This combination unfortunately gives you a bad name also. Simpson parts and warranty support is apparently non-existent.

The cart is very small and cheaply made. The gun rack does not hold the gun secure at all when you have to roll the cart. The nozzle spray tips fall off the cart after you start the engine since the rubber is too large to hold them securely. This scares me to question the quality of the pump etc. I sent the company an e mail and received no response back from them. Before I purchased this model I bought the 3100 PSI model in the store and returned it due to it not having a throttle adjustment! It also had a very small gas tank.

The simpson 3200 pressure washer is the worst product i have ever had ,i cant believe i even made that purchase ran good for two months engine started cutting off had to restart several times before it would start up then die again, til one day no more starting, is a big piece of junk stay away from simpson products .

The 1st unit only ran about 1.5 hours before losing all pressure. Went through troubleshooting and had to return to get replaced. 2nd unit can in with damaged spray hose. Had to contact again to get it replaced. I will say I used the 2nd unit over 3 hours total and have not had any issues.
