I was looking for a very firm mattress and this bed is exactly as described. If you are ISO an extra firm, look no further because this one, will not disappoint. It is a very-well constructed mattress, as well as beautiful.

Love my mattress. I have severe back issues and arthritis. Sleep and a good night's rest is a must. This mattress fits what I need perfectly. I will do another review in about 6 months. So far its great!

Peaceful Sleep

The mattress is the thickest and firmest mattress I’ve ever bought. I was looking for supper support and it seems this mattress is the best fit. I’ve only just received it so I’m giving 4 stars since I haven’t tested it out yet.

The firmest mattress I’ve ever bought

We bought a condo 3 years ago with all of the furniture in it. Mattress was too soft for me. After we bought a new firm one, noticed the old one was 10 years old. Sleeping much better now. Thanks.

New mattress at condo

Mattress is as hard as a rock. Trying to get a hold of someone to return it has been an absolute nightmare. Sam's customer service is awful. Serta's customer service is worse. Call and get a message that they are in a team meeting and then call disconnects. Absolutely horrible. I don't think I will continue my Sam's membership after this terrible experience.

Extra firm is correct and that is what we wanted after a firm mattress not providing good support after a couple years.  Of course, we will have to wait and see how it holds up. The construction says more support in the middle and that is what I need. For comfort we have a basic bed topper and heavy matters cover with some softness. That has worked well for both a heavier and lighter weight person. Great side support and solid construction.
