It's pretty but it toasts well on the top, but the bottom part is undone, bread like. I'm going to see if I can return it

Hello. We are sorry the Dash Clear View Toaster did not fully meet your expectations. The heating element may vary based on how you are using the toaster. If you are using the bagel setting, it only uses one of the two heating elements. Hope this helps!

Heat resistance detached after 1 year

After 1 year the resistance detached from the side and bread kept falling bottom of the toaster and cannot be removed easily 😭

Avoid it

Worked great for 2 weeks perfect toasts… not even a month of owning it and it is broken. I would avoid this toaster.

we toast to the toaster that toasts as good as it looks! stylish, easy to clean comes in colors.wonder that this toaster can be used on artisan breads & bagels.and it is rated at 1100 watts.yes we would purchase again and recommend.
