I bought this toaster and registered it right away. It is beautiful, works great, came quickly. Then the little decorative handle snapped. I called the company. They took the info and in a few weeks I received a NEW toaster! Love the company, the style, and performance. Dont hesitate. Pull that trigger!!

We love the toaster and enjoy being able to see the toast level of our breads in real time and it toasts bread evenly. One drawback is being unable to toast 2 slices of bread simultaneously. The length was designed for the standard sliced (e.g. Mrs. Baird's) bread, but we like the Sara Lee or Nature's Own brioche bread. The slices are a little wider and we cannot toast 2 slices simultaneously.

I have always been annoyed at toasters that level 3 is too light but level 4 is too dark. I no longer have that problem. I love being able to watch my toast so I get the perfect color and texture every single time. I would highly recommend this toaster!

I've had this toaster for about a year. It has some features I really like such as the cancel button and the reheat feature. The window looks nice and you can kind of see how dark your toast is getting but the back side is often darker. My biggest complaint is if you are not there to catch it when it pops up it will launch your bread up and on to the floor. I have wasted a few slices of bread that way. It did this today then when I tried another piece it wouldn't come on at all so I guess I'm shopping for a new toaster.

I think it's an awesome concept and I love that I can see if my toast is done without having to pop it up. It toasts evenly and very quickly. I love the look of it as well. It has a more modern look to it than a regular toaster does. The quality of it is great as well! Overall I think it's a fantastic toaster and I would highly recommend it.

I love how wide it is at the top, makes toasting so much more convenient, your able to place two slices of bread in at the same time. I’m extremely pleased with the look and color of this toaster, it also has the clear view window so you can watch your bread toast, it’s got that retro vibe and it’s so aesthetically pleasing. The clear view toaster is made of excellent quality. I definitely recommend this toaster, you will not be disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes up quite a bit of space. It takes up almost as much space as my toaster oven. I think I would like this better if the bread were side-by-side rather long ways so it would take up less room. You would still be able to the see the bread toasting. Watch out for that metal rim that lines the top. You can burn yourself bad on it. I toasted some hamburger buns and they didn't pop up as high as a regular piece of toast and I absent-mindedly reached down for it and burned myself. It would be nice if that part had a rubber protector over it. Be wary if you have small children that would use this. Also, I wasn't a fan of the bagel toasting option. Seems like it didn't toast it that well and I would have to turn the dial up to the highest level. I do like that esthetically, this toaster is stylish and sleek looking, and it toasts regular toast fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toaster is so cute! its easy to use. I havent had any trouble fitting any size bread length-wise or height-wise. Gives me evenly toasted bread every time. It has a defrost mode which I've used for frozen waffles. I have also used the reheat mode, which works well. The view window makes it easy to check on toasting status.

This toaster is great. -0.5 stars due to the spring being a bit too powerful and launching thinner slices onto the counter (not often, just the really thin slices). Didn’t expect the single slot, grown to like it. The clear view and easy clean are as advertised - which make toasting more fun? I like toast and i like this toaster!
