Then the toasting changed and it was not toasting breads evenly. Gradually the push down mechanism stopped working. Looked like it is broken. Not sure what to do with it, after one year and half! We are going to get Walmart's $10 toaster. At least it works for ever and is consistence.

Had to take both cleaning trays out, which is an excellent feature not many toasters have out there. But other than that; only Toast and Bagels sizes is a great toaster! :<)

The toast was ALWAYS nearly burnt on one side and under-cooked on the other. The see-through glass panel serves no good purpose because what you could "see" was never the end result of what you got!

Then as the time went on, it started to take longer and longer to toast. Until now which just died. I liked the wide opening for large sourdough slices. Also its narrow and doesn't take alot of space. But it will die after a year or two.
