[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll be honest, before trying Glad ForceFlex Plus Clorox Tall Kitchen Drawstring Trash Bags with Lemon Fresh Bleach Scent, I thought scented trash bags were just a cash grab and that I didn't need them. I was WAY wrong! For starters, these bags are amazing. They are so strong, stretchy and sturdy- just what my family and I need. My daughter is famous for throwing liquids in the trash. These bags hold every mess she throws in them! I love that they are a very mute gray (which blends seamlessly with my kitchen trash) and that they conceal all the nasty stuff we throw inside. The drawstrings make trash removal so simple, I don't mind doing it at all! The scent is WONDERFUL! I liken the smell of fresh bleach to a nice, clean house. The bags aren't overwhelmingly and eye watering bleach scented rather just that nice, bleach clean scent. That coupled with the fresh lemon really controls all odors! These are definitely and easily my new favorite trash bags! They get the tough job done while looking good and smelling great! What's not to love?

They never tear when you put an box or anything sharp in the bag which is a huge plus because all the other bags I’ve tried they all rip and the trash ends up falling out. You don’t have that problem with these bags. The smell is also nice to have.

The bag fit bulky objects without puncturing. The scent was okay but I’m not crazy about odor masking products in general.

I find this design is effective and holds true to its claims. What I don't like about these trash bags is the scent. I was hoping for a nice, clean, fresh "kitchen lemon" scent and it has significantly missed the mark. While you do get a hint of lemon, it smells nothing like what you'd expect it to. The scent is more of a perfume-y lemon. I will say the bag masks other odors well. I would recommend these trash bags as they do what they are expected to do; however, I'd recommend smelling the bags prior to purchasing to see if this is a scent you'd like.
