My husband normally buys the tie flaps instead of the drawstrings but this might be another we think about if not seeing our usual Glad bags. The trash bags keep out the odors which is great when having food such as onions and other "stinky" stuff.

First off, I received this product for free from PINCHme. I really liked the scent when I opened up the bag - the lemon scent was really powerful. Plus, even when it was full, the bag still held up and didn't rip...that being said, most of the trash in it was light (paper towels, etc.), so I might not have been able to test the true strength of the bag. While the scent was really powerful at first, when all the trash was in it (i.e., when the fact that the bag is scented would matter most), the scent really wasn't as noticeable. However, the odor of the garbage was almost non-existent, which was nice.

I bought these because Sam's was sold out of my usual go-to brand. I finally opened them yesterday. I didn't know what I smelled at first. I just looked around and let the thought go. I pulled another one out of the box later and I was hit by the awful smell again. I pulled another one just to make sure and it was definitely the bags. They smell awful! Imagine the smell of an old musty house that sits abandoned with a leaky and moldy basement and is only visited every now and then, that's the smell. I just picked up a small box of my favorite brand from the store and I'll donate these to the animal clinic but, whew, I will never forget.

Everything like pokes a hole into it. Everything literally pokes a hole into these. I’ve not had one single bag not rip from this container. Which is quite annoying because no one was icky garbage juices on them. Make them thicker please.
