They smell good and seem to block odors well. And they are strong and flexible. Not sure how expensive they are but they are worth looking into next time.

We used the Tall Kitchen Drawstring Trash Bag with Lemon Fresh Bleach scent to put cat litter and our dog's training pads in. It was strong enough to clean out two litter boxes fully and put some training pads in without it breaking when taking it downstairs. It hid the smell of the cat litter and training pads really well. It made it very easy to clean it out without it smelling the area up from what is in the bag. The lemon Fresh Scent is not as strong as the mountain one so for us it was a bit better.
