The bags were very strong. They held up to cat litter, aluminum cans, and grease. I loved the size. They filled my entire trash can.

My husband normally buys the tie flaps instead of the drawstrings but this might be another we think about if not seeing our usual Glad bags. The trash bags keep out the odors which is great when having food such as onions and other "stinky" stuff.

It eliminated the odors from stinky garbage and held tough even after throwing crab legs and shells in the bag. Just in case, I went ahead and dumbed some coffee grinds that had just been brewed. Even still, Glad held up to its name! I have already purchased Glad, but the new For e Flex with Clorox is the cherry on top! I will continue to purchase Glad and definitely this new product! I recommend everyone that reads this review to do the same.

I was very satisfied with the quality of the bags and scent of the bags. I tried these on a night that we cooked fish. Which gave us the opportunity to test the scent guard. It did not leave us down. Not to mention handling all the trash and a broken dish we tossed.

I bought these awhile ago because the ratings were good. Well now that I am using them they are TERRIBLE. Every time I pull the bag out from the trash can they rip. Yes its stretches easily around the trash can but it is not strong holding. Now i feel like i can only fill up trash can half way before I have to take bag out, and that defeats the purpose and its a waste of a bag and money for me.
