Purchased this item and I’m highly disappointed. Set it up per the instructions and as soon as the water bottle was connected it began to leak from the cold spout. The locking mechanism was hard to operate and when I did get it to work it still didn’t completely stop leaking. I have an older model of this item and NEVER had any issues with it, it’s been over 10yrs now and works like new. Because I ordered it online the local Sam’s Club won’t refund or exchange it. Never again.

Easy to load with 5 & (Sam’s Club) 4 gallon jugs of water in the bottom. Only criticisms are the drip tray falls off every time you open the door and the door has no handle or wedge to put your fingers into to open it. I taped the drip pan in place to solve the one problem.

This is a must have product it has everything I wanted and more, hot water, cool and cold it self cleaning and sterilize, no more lifting heavy bottles on top slide inside a cabinet stand tall enough no more bending over, looks very elegant and beautiful in any place, great price arrive within 3 to 4 days easy set up, I could go on and on . Happy Customer!!!

This dispenser is easy to use and works just like the description states. It has a hot water lock to prevent accidents and water doesn’t drip after filling up a cup/mug. The cold water is colder than my refrigerator water dispenser, the hot water is HOT and the cool is a nice blended temp.

I bought this equipment to get rid of plastic bottles & save the environment. So far I found very useful, getting purified water for 3 different temperatures (Hot, Room Temperature and cold) from the same piece of equipment without any issues. If someone is thinking to be environmental friendly, I will recommend start with this equipment . You’ll be proud of yourself

It seems to be a fine choice in water coolers. It was easy to unbox and simple directions to get started. We wanted a cooler that provided all three temperatures of water, hot, room and cold. This fits the bill and has a self cleaning mode to boot. So far, so good. 10 years down the road when I need another one, I’d buy this one again.

The dispenser was delivered with a damaged vent and 2 of the dispensing buttons were not working. A call to customer service resulted in a you tube link which I was able to fix that problem. Several days later there was a major leak inside the dispenser. Again a call to customer service provided a link to you tube Now that I have fixed those issues the dispenser is working
