Very simple to load bottles, excellent cooling system and has a light too. Works very well and much easier than the top loading machines.

I like the sleek look and that it's bottom loading, makes life easier. My only note, it can be somewhat load when refilling the reservoir.

I just purchased for my office of 5. So far so good. I do wish the hot water was hotter, but it’s adequate for our needs.

I purchased this a few weeks ago and I love the convenience of hot, cold, and room temperature water right at my fingertips.

So far it's been good, I wish it had more height for the dispenser part. Most water bottles don't fit under it so you spill water.

Arrived intact and is working well. I bought it so we wouldn’t have to use so may water bottles. Save the planet!
