Easy to set up! We were really excited to get this and it was easy to set up and begin using immediately.

I bought this for our small office and I just love it. Looks sharp, water is nice and cold and works great for hot tea. The price is right too !!!

Bought it 1 month ago. The 'end of water' indicator does not work...although not essential in over all performance

So much easier putting the 5 gallon water bottles in the bottom rather than on the top of the cooler!

It has new features that our last one did not have such as the sanitation ability and cool dispensing, not just hot and cold.

It's easy to work but water doesn't get hot enough , and no difference between the two cold waters .

Its so easy to load. Water is as is should be, hot water is hot, cold water is cold. I would definitely recommend.

For the money, its very quiet, looks professional, easy to use, and to change bottles, love the self cleaning mode.

We have had this for about 3 weeks now and all is working well for now. Easy to load 5 gallon bottles on the bottom.
