I bought it twice - both times it came with dents on the front. Had to return both times. Still waiting to receive and use it

This is an incredible addition to our home. There are many stores where we can refill our 5 Gallon jug & the water always taste perfectly crisp

Awesome cooler, and I simply enjoy the fact that it's a bottom loading system. The cooler is also self-sanitizing, which is a huge perk.

Have had it for a week and it's working perfectly. Love the fact that the bottle is hidden in the bottom.

I bought this for lake cabin. this is fantastic and encourages drinking water! its great for hot tea as well as very cold water.

I disliked the primo water cooler because I got it and set it up and the sanitizing button as not gone off scents I got the water cooler

It’s quiet compared to the cooler I was renting and I love that it has room temperature water as well as hot and cold

This machine works as promised! I love having both cold and hot water available when needed. It is very nice looking.
