I've had my water dispenser for 1 month now and it works great! There is a setting for really cold water, just cold, room temp, and really hot water. I must say, I am happy with this product!

This water cooler is beautiful but more importantly works perfectly dispensing hot, cool and cold water! What I really appreciate is that it’s quiet! It does everything it says it will.

I purchased this item a little more than a month ago and couldn't be happier with our choice! It has minimized our bottled water purchases, we are recycling less bottles, and we are forced to drink more water ;-)

I bought this for the easy bottom load feature and we love it. The hot, cold and room temp water features are wonderful and the added night light is very convenient. This water tower has it all.

I am really enjoying my new water dispenser, however, I expected it would also be able to dispense hot water but it doesn't. Overall, I like the bottom loading which saves my back and it's cute.

Our family bought this water dispenser and love the ease of its use and the buttons are easy to understand and use. The hot water dispenser has the extra safety feature so children are not able to easily press.

Very nice product! It arrived in great condition and timely. It really keeps the water cold and even the hot water is warm enough to make tea. So far I love it!

We've only had it for 2 weeks but so far so good. The water tastes great. The sanitation cycle has been used 3 times total and the water tastes like water. I only say that because other people have had issues. Follow directions and it should be fine

Ordered was east. Delivery was as promised. Product leaked. Customer service outstanding. Pickup and new delivery as promised with a gift certificate that I keep forgetting to use. Enjoying product.

so far, so good...spout was leaking when first started, called 800 number ....had to pull tip of spout off and straighten out tho elastic O-ring, very simple ...working fine
