Like other reviews, the water does have a rubber taste. I am hoping it goes away. It is not that loud when cooling or heating. The water is not real cold until you get to the second glass.

We moved to a goose with well water and we didn't want to drink the water. Not only is this easy to replace the bottles, the hot water option is better than expected!

In general a good looking product. Only complaint is that it does not cool the water or heat the water to temperatures stated in the specs. Water is cold but our fridge. can get it colder.

I bought this several weeks ago and I'm so glad I did. Drinking fresh cold water daily with my family feels really good. When I need hot water for my tea it's also just right there. Love having this at home for my family.

Works good. Would be perfect if cold water didn't take so long to be cold again after filling a vouple water bottles. Easy to change out the water with the bottom fill.

Really like the bottom load feature. I had a different one before that was top load and it seemed to heat the water to a higher temperature. I am satisfied with this though.

Hot water is hot, cold is cold. Works great. Easy to change the bottle. It is a good looking machine. I have shopped Amazon, Lowes and others. This machine looks better, works great and cost less. I am happy with the purchase.

I am really enjoying my new water dispenser, however, I expected it would also be able to dispense hot water but it doesn't. Overall, I like the bottom loading which saves my back and it's cute.

I have enjoyed my Primo water dispenser because of the buttons are on top, it has one spout for the water to dispense and because of the Self-Sanitization feature.

I love this. I have been watching this machine and finally found it on sale on Black Friday. It works well and it is so convenient to have cold, hot or room temp water.
