Hot water button got the stuck

After setting up the dispenser your asked to remove 1L of water from each spout. The “piping hot” water wouldn’t turn off while I was removing the water. The button is not stuck but for whatever reason the water just keeps flowing out. They are definitely right about it being very hot, I’m just glad my husband was home too to help unplug the machine while I was holding the bowl collecting the hot water. I have two kiddos so the buttons being high up was the main reason we purchased this product really bummed that this happened.

Damaged Product / Bad Sam's Club Customer Service

Sam's Club sent me a damaged water dispenser with a door that doesn't close and its plastic body not properly sealed on the side. In addition, the outside package showed more than a slight damage that can happen in transit. I saw several holes with only one nylon packing strap wrapped around the weakly-taped box, and some of the Styrofoam inserts were torn into pieces. I don't know if it's simply a bad packaging or it's a refurbished product (although I feel it's both). I cannot comment on the workmanship of the product since I never got to plug it in and use it. But just from the defective door and a bad sealing of the plastic body, it doesn't look terribly well-made. The worst part is Sam's Club's customer service. After my first email inquiry, they emailed me back with a case reference number saying they would contact me soon, but then never did even after my second email. Finally, more than 3 weeks after my initial email, I decided to return it to the store. At the store, after talking to a manager, I got to speak to a customer service representative on the phone who said she would send me a $30 eCertificate in a day so I can reorder the product for the same sale price I had paid. That never came after more than a week!!! I've never experienced this kind of nonsense with online purchases from other big-name companies. I joined Sam's Club membership just before this online order. I am going to cancel it.

Disappointed

I would give negative stars if I could. I did my due diligence in researching water dispensers before settling on this unit. It had all the features that I wanted, hot-cool-cold water, self-cleaning, bottom-load, nice looking, and relatively good reviews. The whole family was excited. I received it yesterday, and set it up last night. Good things stopped there. First thing I noticed was door sagging. Bottom of the door rubbed against the trim piece on the bottom of the cabinet. It would not close properly if I didn't lift it a little bit. That was fine, since I was not going to open it often. Tried room temperature water dispense (cool feature). It worked fine. Water tasted fine. Turned on cold water switch on the rear of the cabinet. Compressor started to work. After some time, tried cold water dispense. I got cold water. However, I did not have room temperature water anymore. Room temperature water dispense gave me same cold water as cold water dispense. Moreover, cold water dispense tasted weird, which was the comment from the whole family. Turned on hot water switch on the rear of the cabinet. Green light on front came on. Listening closely, I could hear heater working. After some minutes, green light on front turned off by itself, which should indicate hot water was ready. Pushed down hot water button on front to dispense water only to find nothing happened. No hot water dispense. Tried turning off hot water switch on the rear of the cabinet, then turning it on. Green light on front blinked and turned off, which should indicate hot water was still hot with no need to run heater again. Anyway, tried many times, all sorts of things, no hot water dispense. Defective upon arrival. Hugh disappointment.

takes forever to fill a bottle

I would not buy this again. It takes forever to fill a bottle the pump is very slow and doesn't pump constantly but in spurts. Why have an electric pump do a job that gravity can do for free? I understand the aesthetics of not having a bottle visible and ease of changing but not worth the slow fill times. I have employees waiting in line - time is money!

Cooler didn't work

I purchased this water cooler in particular because of the self cleaning function. Set it up per the instructions and the first time we used it the button got stuck and water poured all over the floor. After a couple minutes we got it to stop and the button began to function properly. Problem was, that was the only button that worked. The cold & hot buttons gave no water and the lights randomly turned off and on all day. We kept it for a week just to empty the jug but then returned it to the store. I would love to purchase another one because the self-cleaning function is a plus but now they are out of stock. Wondering if the issue I had is a problem with them all.

DON’T BUY

I bought this water dispenser on June 30 and it stopped working yesterday (12-22-17). Water is not dispensing and the red light is blinking. I chatted with bryon from Sam’s Club and told me the warranty is 3 months. I need to call Primo to see if I can get a new. I am out 159.35. So much for Sam’s customer service. DON’T BUY

Sleepless Nights

I purchased this dispenser in June 2017 and it worked great until mid July when it started humming all day and all night. This machine is not quite so don't plan on getting in rest in your house while it's on. Besides the permanent bags under my eyes it cools and heats great and is easy to load new 5 gallon water bottles; set-up is easy and refills if you use the same bottles is less than $2. I wouldn't buy again and will probably throw this one out one day, curb alert!!!

works great ! 160* hot on mine ! Cold is cold !

Love it ! 160* is how hot my water gets . Check connections to make sure they are tight . Just gently push them in their place . Cold is very cold .
