This is the best crusted cod I have ever eaten. My daughter is gluten free due to gluten intolerance and agrees this is absolutely delicious. I cook it in a Ninja air fryer according to directions and it is crispy and very flavorful. Hit it with a splash of English pub style brewed vinegar and WOW!

Not sure why people are saying these don't cook well in the air fryer. The problem is the cooking time is incorrect. You have to tweak it to your liking to achieve the crispiness you desire. The fish actually taste great and they are a quick prep protein to add to any meal.

Air fryer directions resulted in perfect crunchy breading and moist, flaky inside. Delicious flavor. Unlike others, the breadi g dis not fall apart, so it looks great on the plate as well. Restaurant quality! I only hope Sam's Club keeps carrying it.

So, you have to know your fish first off. Cod is a "fishy" fish, lol. It's not like Mahi Mahi for example. It is pretty good, but be mindful, even with the seasoning, it still has that taste. With that expectation, it is very good. I will definitely buy it again. If they offered this crust on like a Mahi Mahi or even Salmon filets, I would eat it everyday and they probably couldn't keep it in stock. Ignore the few negative reviews. It's well worth giving it a try. Large fish filets, nice coating/seasoning that's just right. Going for it!

The portions are a good size. One filet can fill you up. I put this in the airfryer as instructed in the box. It came out crispy on the outside and juicy and flakey on the inside. The flavor of the breading was perfect. It wasnt too overpowering. The breading complimented the cod. I will definitely buy this again and have this as a meal a few times a week
