These cod fillets have a panko crust, and are thick and flaky.

We are trying this fish for the third time. Easy to prepare in our Air Fryer and the taste is very good!

Another store had a GF Cod that was really tasty -- fish was moist and the breading had good flavor. However, it was discontinued. Had high hopes for Sam's GF Cod that we purchase a membership to buy it. After finishing the box, I can honestly say the fish is dry and the breading doesn't have a lot of flavor. Will do in a pinch, but won't be a regular in my lunch meals.
