The coating is too thick. Even though i cooked it to have brown edges, the inside of the coating was mushy and off-putting

This is the best tasting cod I’ve bought! I do cook it longer than recommended because it could be too moist under the crust sometimes! Delicious!

Put mine in the air fryer wasn’t that bad. I will try to put them in the oven next time and thaw before I do
