These are so easy to make and tasty my family loves them.

This was too "fishy" tasting for me.  Yes, I know it is fish, but I guess I don't like cod.

These are very tasty and a great alternative for those that like a breaded or fried fish.

Another store had a GF Cod that was really tasty -- fish was moist and the breading had good flavor.  However, it was discontinued.  Had high hopes for Sam's GF Cod that we purchase a membership to buy it.  After finishing the box, I can honestly say the fish is dry and the breading doesn't have a lot of flavor.  Will do in a pinch, but won't be a regular in my lunch meals.

Gluten Free (GF) Cod

These Cod fillets are delicious and super convenient to make. I just heat up my air fryer and place the frozen Cod fillets on the parchment liners. When the air fryer is ready, I place the fish in and in 8 to 9 minutes they are done. They are always moist inside and crisp on the outside. In addition, they are the perfect size for a bun, or as singles on a dinner place with your favorite sauce and side dish. This is a DEFINITE restock item for me.
