Very tasty and seasoned perfectly. I cook them in my air fryer they come out hot and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside!

These cook up nice and crispy in a conventional oven. Low fat low calorie meal in minutes. Add a salad  and veggies.

Good for a Gluten Free Cod

I dont care for it. Way to salty for me.  I airfried it but i just couldn't get it crispy.   I won't be purchase it again

Have not enjoyed a Frozen Cod like this, ever! It's us a meaty fish with a ton of flavor. The Everything bagel in the coating is well, everything!

Everything Cod

Love that these are wild caught, taste great and you just pop them in the oven. Any leftovers are used the next day in fish tacos.

Coating not best flavor

Another store had a GF Cod that was really tasty -- fish was moist and the breading had good flavor.  However, it was discontinued.  Had high hopes for Sam's GF Cod that we purchase a membership to buy it.  After finishing the box, I can honestly say the fish is dry and the breading doesn't have a lot of flavor.  Will do in a pinch, but won't be a regular in my lunch meals.

Gluten Free (GF) Cod

These Cod fillets are delicious and super convenient to make. I just heat up my air fryer and place the frozen Cod fillets on the parchment liners. When the air fryer is ready, I place the fish in and in 8 to 9 minutes they are done. They are always moist inside and crisp on the outside. In addition, they are the perfect size for a bun, or as singles on a dinner place with your favorite sauce and side dish. This is a DEFINITE restock item for me.
