Extremely happy with the easy set up and the simplicity of adding a Vizio 5.1 surround sound system to it. Great picture and lots of apps and features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] HORRIBLE!!!! My tv was delivered with a small crack in the screen that unfortunately spread later. I contacted Vizio & sent them photos. Vizio refused to repair the screen OR replace the tv.

picture is gone

I have been a vizio customer for 20+ years and have owned several in my homes. I have noticed that in the last few years the quality and their longevity have hit the skids. I have vizios that are 15-20 years old and work fine, but the newer ones I have bought die after a few years.

Buy another brand. I’m waiting on the 3rd tv in less than 2 weeks. The first one arrived with no power working. The second powered on but no sound. Visio support was good but I’m footing the bill every time for installation. Someone needs to check product and refund my install fees- should’ve stayed with LG/Sansung.

TV is great but the back isn't all flat. The TV had an unsafe lean from top, because of the two levels on the back.
