Ordered the cake in advance got a call 30 mins before scheduled time that they didn't have the light up spiderman mask and they just gave me whatever they wanted. It was a really messy cake, they just cut up a 2 inch spiderman face all ugly and put it in the middle of the cake really horrible cake wont be ordering again or if so call and ask them if they have everything available and instock because online it doesn't say what they do and dont. Unsatisfied customer. Sadly really bad customer service. It was a learned lesson.

The cake was more than expected, and the design is well made and my grandson loved it!

thanks dairy manager for giving a fellow associate a badly made cake on my birthday. no point in ordering a cake the day before if it was just going to be baked poorly. thank u gm david
