Not too firm, just right & comfy. Daughter loves it! Delivered in box vacuum sealed, no damages. Opened easily w/2 people. No issues w/ the turn around time it took for mattress to fully inflate, no bumps or gaps. Priced right a replacement full size mattress for my daughter that she can grow into.

Second time this exact type and size of mattress has been purchased. There aren't enough LOVE's to say how comfortable this mattress is. It is perfect between firm and soft. I sleep all night and better than a baby. At 64 I have had several mattresses, this is the only one I will ever purchase, and you can't beat the price on top of it!

My daughter has been sleeping on this mattress for three weeks now and loves it. She says it is very comfortable - not too firm, not too soft. I bought the hybrid because she does not like a really firm mattress. It is a nice middle of the road feel between firm and soft.

Ww read the reviews and I was concerned about the potential smell, but for is it did mot smell at all, it was very easy to set up on top of the bed as we opened it up and it has been very comfortable, not too soft or too hard. We are very happy with it.

Bought full size for a small bedroom used by a teenager. Inflated nicely, sleeps well. Note: remove from box in the room where you will use it, otherwise very heavy to move!

It was easy to get out of the box and straighten out. Feels very good to lay on. Very impressed with the inexpensive price and the mattress. It’s for the guestroom so it will not be slept on every night. Good quality.

Fluffed up quickly after taking it out of the box and I was pleased that it didn't have an odor like other gel mattresses. It's a little more firm than I thought it would be but pretty comfortable otherwise and a great mattress for the price. It did arrive in a ripped box but the mattress was still ok because it was wrapped pretty well.

The mattress is great - just the right amount of soft/firm. My teenager loves it. It did have a noticeable odor for the first few days, but it does fade away. I was impressed how quickly it fluffed up when I removed the packaging. However, we had a HORRIBLE experience getting the mattress. I had to contact Sam's Club 3 times. It seems that the first order went all the way through to shipment notification, but then the mattress never left Sam's Club. They had to do a new order, and that one I received in less than a week, as should have happened the first time around. Never mind the fact that it took 3 weeks to get the darn thing!!! The mattress itself, I give 4 stars. More like 4-1/2, just not a 5 because of the initial odor. And hopefully it holds up over time, but at least it has a warranty.

We moved into a place after being mobile for several years and got these for our kids. Great quality for the price. Here are their comments, 2 girls, 2 boys, ages 10-17. Their favorite thing:1) firm enough, 2) comfortable, 3) really comfortable, 4) perfectly inbetween firm and soft I asked them to share their least favorite thing as well: 1) my sheet keeps coming off (we probabaly need to buy a more stretchable fitted sheet, or a deeper sheet), 2) sometimes i can feel a spring if i lay in a certain way, 3) its not very breathable under me (probabaly the blanket he sleeps on), 4) I don't think I have anything.

Firstly, item was delivered earlier than expected, which was great! Box was damaged/open; however, inside packaging was intact. My son says mattress is comfortable But after only 2 weeks there’s significant bunching.. something’s not quite right.
