I bought a tin of these last year and I just now put Oreo's back for these cookies. Yes they are that good. These are my all time favorite Christmas Cookies.

Excellent taste, best for gifting and parties! I've been getting 4 or 5 of them each year (though the price had increased sharply in the last couple of years). Introduced this item to many friends over the years and every one of them loved it!

I purchased this tin of cookies last year for my family. One of our family traditions is to eat danish cookies at Christmas time and pass the tin around. Excellent quality cookies, beautiful oversized tin that we have saved, easily fed all eight of us with plenty left over. I highly recommend this item.

Everyone loved this tin of cookies which are addictive. Deliciously buttery and tenderly crispy - these were delightful. Tin is nice and the quantity was good. We also had a tin of RD Danish cookies and these were hands down the best by a LONG shot. I will be looking for Jacobsen cookies next year and will make sure I get more than one tin. I wish Sam's would ship these because I would have definitely ordered several more for our party and reserve gifts.

GOSH!! Thank you so~~~much for selling this! I bought this yesterday in the store just because of its lovely case for a gift , but wow...! I do love it! I opened it and start eating most everything already. I hate normal cookies because it's just like a bag of sugar but this is so great,not that much sweet for me. I'm gonna buy more once I'm done.

I love butter cookies and I make great ones so my standards are a bit higher than those who just buy them outright. These are thinner, drier, and even though the 32% butter ratio sounds good, it is off in this recipe because it makes them more brittle and drier. It tastes buttery but after you have had the Royal D's there is no comparison. They actually use milk in their's, it is a moister, thicker cookie while bursting with true butter flavor. I'll eat these but will not buy them again.
