Good cheaper substitute for coke, loose a lot during shipping, too much throwing of soda Lots of smashed up cans. Sam’s does replace broken cases.

I ordered Shasta because it was on sale %26 hadn't seen the brand in years. It was shipped. The delivery driver upon picking it up from the truck turned around and put it back, telling my son who just pulled up to the home that it was leaking so he was sending it back so they would give us a new case. We waited more than a couple weeks and %26 it never came. I contacted Sams who ordered a replacement after seeing some note about a issue with the delivery. We waited some more. Finally it was left on our porch. After over a month we got this case of soda. Unfortunately after taking of the case plastic wrap we found many several damaged cans. Many of the bottom of the cans were protruded out and dented. A couple were crushed on the sides and leaking. A couple of the rims had the metal tops appearing unsealed properly to the can itself. None of this could be seen until you took the solids red brand wrapped plastic that surrounded the case off. I don't even know how some cans !looked crumpled or crushed in the middle part. Not sure if these were damaged in shipping or at the factory. Of the few cans out of a case of 24 that looked ok, some tasted like it was going flat %26 a couple others were ok. I remember this brand as a kid and was looking forward to trying it again. Very disappointed in what was received.
