I love this product. It was easy to assemble and came with the tools required for assembly. I was able to completely assemble this product on my own in under an hour.

Heavy duty, well made, easy to assemble with the best instructions I've seen on a product you had to assemble. However I was surprised to see that it did not come fully assembled. I guess I should have read the fine print on the website!

I thought it was as pictured, complete with legs and support. I never expected it to come as it did. It was in a little box, not your typical box spring and with no support.

my bed skirt was hanging on the floor before with a lower box spring. this one is perfect. However i bought their mattress only 4 years ago and never used it. ive slept on it for 2 weeks and there is a huge indentation in it. :(

I thought it would be difficult to assemble. It was actually quite easy. It fit the frame well. It supports the mattress as well as a traditional box spring.

This is not a “box spring”. There are no springs on it or in it. It is just a metal frame with wood slats and a fabric cover over the metal frame. False advertising!

It doesn't have legs! We got this in and went through the entire process of taking our old bed apart and getting this out to realize this doesn't have legs. You'll either want your bed on the ground or have a frame for it.

Not sure if mine was defective or thats how ‘twas intended to perform. Started sinking in the middle the very next day, I was totally amazed at that. I do not recommend this product to even an enemy!!!

I highly recommend this box spring. We wanted wood for the flexibility it gives compared to metal. This combo was the only thing we found that had wood. It is perfect! Was really easy to put together and they gave a ratchet for the Allen key and my husband said out loud "where has this been all my life", so getting to keep that tool is a major bonus. The hardest part was the cover. Don't try to put it on with the box spring down like you would have it when you put the mattress on top. Stand it on it's side, easy peasy. Very happy with this purchase!

Solid, extremely well made. Everything fit exactly. Very nice and thoughtful packaging, including a RATCHET hex wrench. It's very light, yet really sturdy. Less than 10 min assembly time. Even the velcro on the slats was perfect. The slats are divided in two groups, each tied with separate velcro strips. I independently aligned the "top" and "bottom" groups end-to-end with the frame's velcro, at the very top and bottom of the bed. And lo and behold, the space between the two slat groups at the center of the frame came out perfect, as if it all the slats had been velcroe'd together in the first place.
